Doneisha Posey is a distinguished civil rights attorney and DEI thought leader who has devoted her career to advocating for equal access and opportunity, strategic community engagement, and grassroots advocacy. With dual roles at Black Onyx Management as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel and as President and CEO of Impacto Strategies, Doneisha works to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in her every day professional world. Ms. Posey is a recognized authority in equity, notably contributing to the development and execution of workforce equity and inclusion programs, XBE initiatives, and strategic engagement for marginalized communities across government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and private corporations. She is a sought-after speaker sharing her experiences of increasing representation and creating opportunity and access for historically underrepresented communities - especially Black and Latina women in the workplace. As the co-founder of WE Brunch, or Women’s Equity Brunch, she works passionately to bridge gaps and close the disparities that women face in central Indiana.
