Nonprofits and community organizations contribute positively to the results of comprehensive community plans—but may seek direction on how to connect their work clearly to these broader frameworks. In this session, participants will learn more about existing community plans, desired results, and strategies for aligning their organization’s work and communicating alignment effectively to funders.

About Our Facilitator
Marcy Minton is the President and CEO of The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County. Marcy leads the Foundation’s operations, by establishing relationships across the community, she links the Foundation’s work to the community’s priorities. Marcy brings professional experience in nonprofits and for-profits, including years of grantmaking experience at the Foundation. She is a fourth-generation resident of Delaware County and a graduate of Cowan High School, Indiana University, and Ball State University.
