The Operations and Finance Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Muncie Downtown Development Partnership (MDDP). This position is responsible for maintaining organized systems, supporting routine bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks, managing organizational records and databases, and helping ensure internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-focused, with an emphasis on
organization, consistency, and follow-through.
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow as organizational capacity increases.
Director of Impact

We are hiring for a Director of Impact! We are looking for someone who understands data analysis and grant reporting, is skilled in public speaking, is passionate about serving our community, possesses strong leadership skills, can effectively manage and coach others to build a high-performing team, and has a strategic mindset, as this person will serve on our Leadership Team.
This individual will have five direct reports who oversee our Volunteer Program, Community Education Program, Youth Initiatives Program, Community Food Access (Mobile Distribution) Programs, and Data Analysis efforts.
