Networking with Executive Presence

  • Shafer Leadership Academy 1208 West White River Boulevard Muncie, IN, 47303 United States (map)

This session will provide non-profit executives with strategies to deepen community engagement, value, and collaborative relationships. Cultivate understanding and impact through data, reflection, and best practices.

Session Details:

Who are We?

Participants build connections through, “Finding Common Ground” and “Wall to Wall”; both provide a casual and safe space to gain greater understanding of each other, and build personal and professional rapport.

What is Executive Presence?

It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it…words and actions. Participants will define what executive presence looks like, and be introduced to verbal and non-verbal strategies to present themselves in a way that commands respect, trust, and value.

Strategic Networking

Participants will be guided to evaluate their current network of support (volunteer, community, and corporate) and identify gaps in it. Growth strategies will be shared to build and leverage in-person and online networks that benefit organizations. Small group discussion allows for community brainstorming and idea generation.

Cost: $25
