Keynote Speaker
Erin Slater is the President and Lead Coach of Intentional Coaching + Consulting. She works with nonprofit leaders nationwide to break through barriers, strengthen organizations, and create lasting change. A Certified Professional Coach and former nonprofit CEO, she understands the challenges and opportunities in the sector. Her background includes leadership in program development, fundraising, and executive roles.
Erin spent fifteen years with College Mentors for Kids, including six as CEO. During her tenure, the organization doubled its volunteers, staff, and revenue. She led the implementation of strategic fundraising strategies and worked closely with the board and stakeholders to set a clear path for growth. Under her leadership, the organization earned national recognition, including a feature on The Martha Stewart Show, and received the Indiana Achievement Award.
In 2013, Erin and her husband launched Intentional Coaching + Consulting. She is known for an authentic, intentional, and results-driven approach. Her work has earned numerous honors, including the Indy’s Best and Brightest Award, the 40 Under 40 Award from the Indianapolis Business Journal, and the Indiana Commission on Women’s Torchbearer Award.
